What video quality do my clients receive?

Galleries stream in up to 4K, and clients can download the original-quality MP4 straight from your timeline. OurStoria never re-encodes or compresses your files — what you export is exactly what they see and download.

Can I deliver photos and video in the same gallery?

Yes. Every gallery supports both films and high-resolution photos, so hybrid shooters — or a videographer and photographer working the same wedding — can deliver everything through one branded link.

Are the galleries branded with my business?

Yes. You can add your logo, choose colours and one of 34 fonts, and use a custom URL slug. On Pro and Studio, the OurStoria footer badge is replaced with your own copyright and social links.

Can I password-protect a gallery?

Yes. Password protection is available on every plan, including the trial, so you control who can open each gallery.

What is Live Moments?

Live Moments lets a couple's guests upload photos from the wedding day by scanning a QR code — no app required. They land in a themed gallery you can download as a ZIP, and the Studio plan also allows guest video uploads.

How long do clients keep access to their gallery?

Galleries stay live for as long as your subscription is active. When a project is finished, you can move it to Safe Archive for long-term, low-cost storage while keeping client download access.
