Pairings that always work
The delivery gallery is the single highest-leverage branding surface a videographer has. Each couple typically shares their gallery with 30–60 guests in the first 48 hours, and within six months one wedding's gallery is opened by 150+ unique viewers. If it looks generic, that's generic advertising. If it looks like you, that's a 150-person branded impression per wedding — at zero additional cost.
Generic branding guides tell you to pick a color palette. This kit tells you exactly where to apply those colors inside an OurStoria gallery, what resolution your logo needs for the nav bar versus email header, which welcome message format performs best for each gallery style, and how the custom domain setting interacts with URL slugs.
Most videographers deliver, move on, and forget. The 30 days after delivery are when the gallery is most shared, most watched, and most actionable for your referral business. The day-by-day playbook — delivery note → follow-up text on day 1 → review request on day 7 → social reshare on day 14 → analytics check on day 21 → referral thank-you on day 30 — converts each delivery into measurable referral pipeline.
Pair this kit with our Social Media Export Cheat Sheet for the Reels and Shorts format specs, and the Backup & Archive Strategy Guide for the file management side of delivery.
16 sections: 5 ready-made color palettes, font pairings, a logo preparation checklist, gallery URL guidelines, 8 welcome messages, cover photo selection, “About the Videographer” templates, anniversary emails, social media copy, password rules, a mobile preview checklist, a 30-day post-delivery plan, a weekly brand audit, and common mistakes.
Five: Classic Gold, Editorial Monochrome, Boho Earth, Modern Minimal, and Cinematic Deep. Each contains three working colors, a neutral and an accent, with ready-made hex codes and font recommendations.
One serif font for headings and one sans-serif font for body text. The kit includes 5 tried-and-true pairs, such as Cormorant Garamond + Jost. Avoid using two serif fonts together, handwritten fonts in body text, and more than two fonts overall.
Use the “name1-and-name2” scheme, such as sarah-and-james. If the names are the same as another wedding, add the name of the venue or city; if the couple prefers a last name, use the-hamilton-wedding. Lowercase letters only, hyphenated words, no dates, and no more than 40 characters.
Personal to the couple and easy to remember: pet's name, venue, favorite city. Don't use the same password for all couples, nor 123456, password, wedding, the couple's last name alone, or an obvious date. Share the password with the couple during a phone call, not just in an email.
It's free with any OurStoria subscription, including a 7-day Pro trial. No card required.
